Delicious and delicious pajamas are the perfect accompaniment to any Korean dish. Learn how "Haemul Pajeon" (Korean seafood and green onion pancakes) works. It's so easy!

Today, I am sharing one of the most frequently asked recipes, Korean Pajion (파전).

What is a pajion?

Pagione is a popular Korean pancake that uses green scallion as a popular ingredient. It is therefore translated as green onion pancakes or skeletal pancakes.

In addition to green onions, it is a mixture of homemade or pre-made Korean pancakes, water, eggs and traditional seafood.

This seafood and green onion pancakes are the Korean name. Haemul Pajeon (해물 파전). I usually only add squid / calamari and prawns, but you can throw away any seafood you like here like clams, mousse and oysters.

If you are allergic to seafood or vegetarian food, leave only seafood and cook with the rest of the ingredients. Some people add a little minced beef, but I prefer seafood as the main source of protein in this recipe.

Jion (전) vs. Buchimgai (2)

If you translate these two words - Jion and Buchimgen in English, they both mean Korean pancakes. But how do they differ?

I'm not 100% on this, but as long as I can gather based on a little bit of information in the Korean online community - Naver's main difference is "Recipes".
